Staussa Ervin Claim

Step into mental peace through the applications of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. “Women’s health is inextricably linked to their status in society. It benefits from equality, and suffers from discrimination. Today, the status and well-being of countless millions of women world-wide remains tragically low” – World Health Organization, 1998
My approach combines mindfulness based cognitive therapy & traditional cognitive behavioral therapy. I incorporate mindfulness practices like meditation and breathing exercises to help release negative thought pattern & behaviors. I have traveled to Italy, Germany, Slovakia, Vienna, Africa, Mexico, Canada, Japan, & Indonesia and met with women about mental health issues- let’s connect!
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and a Certified Meditation Teacher. Because I believe in the power of MBCT so much, I practice yoga regularly at a local yoga studio and I attend meditation classes at a local church.
